Welcome to the Spring Lake Fire Department webpage. Spring Lake FD is an all-volunteer department protecting the Ulster Fire District #1 in the Town of Ulster, Ulster County, NY, in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of the state. Please look around and learn a little about us. We aren't the largest department around, but consider ourselves one of the best.

All members of our department, from chiefs to firefighters are unpaid volunteers and also your neighbors. All come from varying backgrounds, some are doctors, some are teachers, others are students, but all are also highly trained and dedicated firefighters with the common desire to put the health, safety and well being of others before self.
